Herrera has been integral in the history and evolution of stormwater management and brings a wealth of experience to support permittees in meeting the municipal, industrial, and construction stormwater permit requirements of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) program. Our support services include developing internal and external tools (e.g., checklists, SWPPPs, SOPs, training, codes, manuals, handouts), operations and maintenance, and inspection processes to streamline the stormwater plan review and submittal processes. We also help jurisdictions document components of their existing programs and recommend improvements.
