Herrera looks forward to attending the 2023 NEBC Managing Stormwater in Washington Conference, held March 15th from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm at the Greater Tacoma Convention Center. This in-person conference is the largest stormwater conference in the state of Washington, bringing together regulated industry, municipalities, solution providers, and agencies for learning, networking, and business development in the dynamic field of stormwater regulation and compliance.
