Alice Lancaster, PE

Principal Engineer

My love for water stems from childhood summers spent sitting on the beach watching the Pacific Ocean waves roll in. I’ve dedicated my career to protecting and restoring our water resources using stormwater management practices that are inspired by the science and wisdom of nature. I support jurisdictions that are leading the way in integrated water planning and innovative stormwater infrastructure design, and I’ve spent much of my career pushing forward policy and engineering standards to make green stormwater infrastructure the standard of practice.
