Rachel Johnson Herrera supported communities in Montana, Missouri, and Oregon, including the City of Missoula, the St. Louis Arts Chamber of Commerce, and the City of Portland, through an EPA technical assistance program focused on climate adaptation and resilience. Our team helped clients build strong, competitive applications for the EPA’s Community Change Equitable Resilience (CCER) grant by providing grant writing support, site visits, and engagement with community members and local partners. Drawing on expertise in green infrastructure and climate resilience planning, Herrera worked with each community to identify feasible, locally driven strategies that advance equity, reduce pollution, and strengthen resilience to climate change.
