Herrera to Assist with Meydenbauer Bay Park Phase II Design

By

Herrera is pleased to continue our work with the City of Bellevue, the Berger Partnership, Miller Hull Architects, EnviroIssues and others to provide civil engineering and environmental services for the phase II design of the Meydenbauer Bay Park and Land Use Plan.

This project will create a plan to improve a signature park and waterfront destination in Bellevue by connecting the Meydenbauer Bay waterfront to Downtown Park, enhancing the area for residents and visitors alike. Through this work, Herrera will help develop a conceptual plan for the site by evaluating opportunities for improved ecological performance and resilience for future changes to the climate. Herrera’s engineers, biologists, geomorphologists, and permitting specialists will work with the project team to make Meydenbauer Bay Park a unique experience for visitors and wildlife alike.

Herrera has extensive experience working on urban enhancement projects with the City, previously assisting with the vision and conceptual design of The Grand Connection. We forward to applying our expertise to further improve connectivity and ecological enhancement within the community.

Please contact Colleen Mitchell, PE for more information on this project.
