Colleen Mitchell, PE, LEED-AP

Principal Engineer, Associate Water Practice Director

At Herrera I manage design projects aiming to improve water quality through low impact and green stormwater infrastructure design strategies, lessen and restore impacts of the built environment on the ecosystem, and create buildings and community spaces that are engaging for creatures of all ages. Outside of work you’ll find me volunteering with our local chapter of Engineers Without Borders, riding my bike, working in the garden, and hiking with my partner and dog.
