Herrera’s Jenn Schmidt, GISP, Rob Zisette, and Christina Merten, PE, PWS will present in-person at the 20^th annual River Restoration Northwest Symposium February 8^th-10^th at the Skamania Lodge in Stevenson, WA. The symposium features presentations from researchers, scientists, and field professionals from the Pacific Northwest and beyond.

February 8th at 10:30 am: See Jenn Schmidt give her presentation on A GIS-Based Framework for Centering Environmental Justice in Watershed-Scale Restoration Project Planning.

February 8th at 10:30 am: Rob Zisette will present on Floating Wetlands as a Cost-Effective Way to Achieve Ecosystem Services in Urban Rivers.

February 8th at 1:30 pm: Check out Christina Merten’s presentation on Permitting Adaptions for a Multi-jurisdictional Multi Phased Project.

This conference promotes conversation around multi-disciplinary approaches to stream restoration and related watershed and river sciences through a broad range of speakers and topics. More information can be found here.
