Working with waste directly addresses the role we humans play in our ecosystems. As a part of the Herrera team, I am thrilled to dedicate my time to improving our collective participation through effective compliance and planning strategies. When I’m not in the office, you can find me running around in various forms – on trails, from vintage shop to vintage shop, or chasing passion projects in the geospatial field, language learning, or music.
Favorite Species:
The Great Blue Heron. Aside from their sheer coolness factor, having grown up in the Pacific Northwest, I feel a beautiful sense of nostalgia wash over me every time I encounter a Great Blue Heron. Watching their stillness, I am reminded of evening walks by the water with my mom and her insistence on pausing with the heron, for however long it rested or searched for its next meal.
