My greatest aspiration is to connect with the land and water where I live by giving and taking in reciprocity. Professionally, I see people as a keystone species, and I strive to embrace our ecological role through effective restoration work. Personally, I’m passionate about any kind of wild food and love celebrating each season by hunting, fishing, foraging, gardening, and of course, cooking.
Hidden Talent:
My homemade teriyaki sauce.
Favorite Species and Why:
Bison because of how influential they've been in shaping many of my favorite ecosystems, and how much they give to other species, us included.
