Rachel Johnson
I love having a career where I work with communities to understand, plan for, and adapt to climate impacts — from urban stormwater systems to regional coastal and watershed ecosystems. I lead collaborative, multidisciplinary teams on water and climate projects, helping translate data and ideas into decisions that strengthen communities and ecosystems. Outside of work, you’ll find me on an outdoor adventure or in a hammock with a good book.
