Jeff Parsons, PhD, PE

Principal Geomorphologist, Restoration Associate Practice Director

I have a great job. Every day I get to help people figure out how to live with our wild rivers and coasts. The Pacific Northwest can be a tough place to build, or even preserve, infrastructure. I studied slope-driven sediment transport in school and I get to use that knowledge every day. And our geology and weather is so diverse that no job is the same.
