David Cortese Engineer

I get the opportunity to help make a positive impact on our environment every day, and I think it’s pretty great. As an engineer at Herrera, I work on river and stream restoration projects, applying my interests in fluvial geomorphology and hydraulics to help restore fish passage and improve aquatic habitats.  When I’m not thinking about rivers and streams, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, camping, biking, fishing, and exploring a good brewery.
