Amy Marasco is the President of ReThinkIt Associates, a small, women-owned management consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, communications and organizational effectiveness. She has been a leader in environmental policy and management for over thirty years. She is a senior executive consultant and nationally recognized facilitator known for guiding clients on effective strategic planning, marketing and communications programs, and organizational re-designs. She coaches public, private and nonprofit sector executives in developing business and communication strategies, M&A, and organizational and cultural transformations. She is known for her work in mentoring small businesses and woman owned and minority firms and their executives and staff.
