Protecting Our Lakes: Herrera's Work at Lake Tapps

Specializing in lake management and restoration studies since 1980, Herrera has spent over 40 years advocating for Washington lakes. Our team of professionals have extensive experience in lake management, assessment, and planning, contributing their expertise to a myriad of lake water quality and aquatic plant studies in Western Washington.

Currently, Herrera is working on a project with Cascade Water Alliance to support Lake Tapps’ current recreational use and its future use as a water supply for the Seattle area. 2021 marks the second year of a comprehensive baseline characterization of Lake Tapps.
