Civil Engineering for Pasado's Safe Haven Expansion

Herrera worked with Pasado’s Safe Haven (PSH) Animal Sanctuary to upgrade structures, infrastructure and site improvements for their animals, staff, and volunteers. Improvements include a new cow barn, new dog shelters, a new feline facility, duck ponds, and a future headquarters building. Herrera’s work includes stormwater management and utility improvements for the 77-acre property, as well as improved access for emergency vehicles, roadway improvements, grading, and permitting.
