City of Roses Disposal and Recycling Upgrades

Herrera is increasing recycling capacity in Portland by redeveloping an existing disposal and recycling site. Located in north Portland, the environmentally challenging site is located within the Columbia south shore well field wellhead protection area and has wetlands adjacent to the property. Upgrades to the facility include of designing stormwater conveyance and treatment facilities, site circulation and access, and preparing a stormwater pollution control plan.
