Pasado's Safe Haven

Herrera is thrilled to be providing civil site design services for the expansion of Pasado’s Safe Haven Animal Sanctuary just north of Sultan, WA. Our work includes site, utility, stormwater, and onsite wastewater design services to support new animal and caretaker living quarters on the existing site. Pasado’s Safe Haven rescues and/or provides sanctuary to over 500 animals every year.
