I was drawn to Environmental Engineering after I began to understand how much of an impact humans have on the natural world. At Herrera I have the opportunity to address waste and pollution while protecting and restoring the environment.
Born and raised in Michigan, I love to play hockey, explore outside, and spend time with friends after work.
Favorite Species:
Hippopotamus – my favorite living creature since I was a kid. So cuddly looking yet so dangerous. Also, they are absolute lawnmowers and submarines.
