Scriber Creek Flood Reduction Study

By

Herrera recently assisted the City of Lynnwood in completing the first phase of a comprehensive flood reduction study for a 0.8-mile-long section of Scriber Creek. While Phase 2 of the project is soon to get rolling, the first phase was by all counts a success due to the active involvement of an advisory committee composed of concerned citizens and business owners. Herrera’s project manager, Mark Ewbank, helped guide the discussions during the four meetings of this advisory committee in the spring of 2014, and in documenting the work and recommendations of the committee.

This is feature  featured in today’s Everett Herald article ”Lynnwood wrestles with options for wayward creek“.
