Field Work Selfie!

By

Leave it up to the warm weather to bring out our goofy side. This pic captures engineers Matt Klara and Abbey Rhode as they celebrate the end of a great day of field work – walking, wading, crawling, and scrambling down a mile of creek while assessing habitat and geomorphic conditions on Beaver Creek, near Troutdale, Oregon.   Sponsored by METRO, the project includes geomorphic and habitat assessments and the development of conceptual restoration designs on four properties managed by METRO in the Beaver Creek Watershed.
