A recent article in the DJC Oregon showcases the 3330 Division project, one of a series of multiple projects completed or close to completion in this up and coming neighborhood of Portland. Working with the so-called ‘Kings of Division‘ at Urban Development Partners (UD+P) and architects from THA Architecture have developed this and the adjacent 3339 Division project. Jason King of Herrera is the landscape architect on this an numerous other projects along division, which incorporate a number of unique site amenities for residents. Project scope included development of interior courtyard, parking, street trees, and perimeter landscaping, along with irrigation and LEED coordination. The project is slated for Platinum certification from LEED for Homes.
Work is being completed on formwork for planters in the focal point, the interior courtyard design by Jason King, which will include high-flying timber bamboo, permeable pavers, seating, and outdoor firepits for residents and neighbors to enjoy.
Stay tuned for more updates in the next month as project is completed.
