Our Bellingham office is currently leading a team to design a new tribal home on a greenfield site for the Stillaguamish Tribe, designing and permitting a new trail to connect Cordata Elementary School to Cordata Park, and assisting Whatcom County with Lake Whatcom stormwater capital program updates. The office recently provided water quality monitoring and consulted on the design of the Padden Estuary LID Retrofit in Bellingham, designed a potable rainwater harvesting system in Skagit County, and completed a LID Design Retrofit for Smokey Point Blvd in Arlington.

Happenings
Join us at the Sustainable Connections/NW Washington AIA Sustainable Design and Development Conference in November. We’ll be playing our custom built stormwater retrofit game.

The Herrera office is located in downtown Bellingham on the 5th floor of the Crown Plaza Building in the Invent Coworking space. The office is managed by long-time Bellingham resident and LID stormwater expert Chris Webb, PE, LEED-Fellow.
