Project Accountant

As a Project Accountant within the Business Group at Herrera, I am excited to apply my skills and knowledge toward bettering our communities and our environment. Growing up in Northern California, I had the privilege of exploring and helping to protect local watersheds. I’m excited to continue that work here in Oregon but from the accounting side. I love bringing attention to detail, collaboration, and levity to the financial arts. Outside of work, I’m usually volunteering in a hospice home, traveling, meditating, going to concerts, and/or shooting my compound bow.

Favorite Quote:
“Fear is the mind killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see it’s path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.” -Frank Herbert, Dune.
Favorite Species:
I am a big fan of most creatures, but I am definitely a horse person (yikes!). I spent a few of my earlier years working as a horse wrangler in the Santa Cruz mountains. I also really like bats.
Hidden Talent:
Archery and one-liners.
