Cory Zanker

I’ve been playing in the woods for more than thirty years. Nature feels like home, and I’m so proud to work for a company that keeps it healthy for future generations. As Publications Specialist, I have the unique privilege and opportunity to improve Herrera’s documentation of its impactful and inspiring projects. Outside of work, I spend as much time as possible exploring the North Cascades backcountry with my wonderful wife and dog.

B.A. English Language & Literature, Stevenson University

Favorite Species & Why:

Hooded Warbler; its beautiful plumage and songs sparked my love for migratory songbirds.

Hidden Talent:

I can whistle a certain way to imitate a cricket chirping. It’s got me into trouble more than once.
