My HR journey began after my first role in communications, where I discovered my passion for building relationships and fostering inclusive environments. At Herrera, I help attract and retain talent while partnering on HR initiatives that support our teams. I also enjoy coaching employees and people leaders through challenges big and small to help create a workplace where people feel welcomed, supported, and able to thrive.
When I’m not at work, I can be found exploring with my dog, immersed in a good book, dreaming up my next trip, or cheering on my D.C. sports teams.
Favorite Species:
Sea otters! Mainly because they’re adorable, and also because they play a key role in keeping our marine ecosystems healthy.
