Herrera congratulates Board Member, Amy Marasco on being named one of Delaware Today’s 33 Top Women in Business. Nominated by co-workers, clients, and community members, this list is comprised of businesswomen across Delaware who continue to have an impact on their industries and beyond.
Amy Marasco is a nationally recognized expert, working with clients on effective strategic planning, marketing, communications, and organizational re-designs. She joined Herrera in 2022 as the firm’s first outside board member, helping implement effective business strategies to meet organizational goals.
In addition to her role at Herrera, Amy is President of ReThinkIt Associates, a small, women-owned management consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, communications, and organizational effectiveness. She is also the founder of The Nature Generation, an environmental nonprofit organization committed to educating youth on environmental stewardship.
Alongside these roles, Amy has served as an elected member of a town council, elementary school board member, and Vice Mayor of Hillsboro, Virginia. Currently, Amy serves as a Planning Commissioner to a city in Delaware where she resides.
