Herrera Expands Water Resources and Geomorphology Services

Herrera welcomes Robin Kirschbaum, P.E. and Tracy Phelps to our Seattle office water resources and river science and geomorphology groups. Kirschbaum is a water resources engineer with experience in stormwater management; low impact development; stream restoration; basin planning; flood studies; sediment transport and advanced hydrologic, hydraulic, and sediment stability modeling and analysis. She received her Masters degree in environmental engineering from the University of Washington and her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas. Phelps is a geomorphologist with experience in geomorphology, land-use hydrology, and three-dimensional fluid flow. She specializes in hydraulic analyses including investigations of the spatial distribution of velocity and turbulence using statistical and visual techniques. Phelps has a Masters degree in watershed science from Colorado State University and an undergraduate degree from Brevard College.
